Happy Valentine's Day!

 
 
Happy Valentine’s Day!! ♥  The best way to someone's heart?  Through their stomach, of course!  So time to get your wok on and whip up some delicious food to treat your loved one today.  I’ve chosen three recipes that require some love and attention but aren’t difficult to recreate and will certainly get you into the romantic good books.  
 
Start with an easy, elegant starter with my succulent Ginger, Chilli and Soy steamed scallops.  Steaming makes them fresh, healthy and deliciously savoury sweet.  Move on to a main with my take on a Thai Pad noodle - Thai Style Chicken and Prawn Ho Fun Noodle. I love the combination of chicken and prawns and also fresh crunchy mangetout. Finally, Apple, Lychee and blackberry crumble - I think the trio of apple, lychee and blackberry makes for a delicious combination. Great served with custard or a scoop of homemade lychee and vanilla ice cream. [insert links to website]
