Happy St Andrews Day!

 

Happy St Andrew’s Day to all my Scottish friends.  Such a beautiful place, there is so much to celebrate.  With shortbread, haggis, smoked salmon and whisky hailing from Scotland, it’s a bit of a foodie heaven too!  

 

To celebrate this auspicious day, I thought that I would share my Smoked organic SCOTTISH salmon, watercress, hijiki seaweed with a miso dressing.  Scottish Salmon is loaded with protein, which aid the body with growth and repair.  It has plenty of omega-3 fats, which contribute to healthy brain function, heart health, joint mobility and general well-being.  No wonder the Scottish are so full of joy and vigor!
