A whole new outfit this week

I decided to treat myself to a whole new outfit this week. No, it wasn’t in the January sales and I can’t actually wear it for a night out but, it will give me some much needed confidence and motivation... Sportswear! Who thought that it could actually be trendy? Long gone are the unflattering tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt, replaced with brightly coloured leggings, neon trainers and multi-strap training vests!

I really love the range at H&M. There are some fantastic colours and patterns available if you want to make a statement or practical monochromes if you’d rather go unnoticed! I love these sport leggings for £19.99  and this mesh top for £12.99 is a great way to cover up a little if you feel a bit self conscious.

It is reasonably priced and H&M pride themselves in sustainable fashion which is good enough for me.

If you want to splash a bit more cash, I am a fan of Sweaty Betty. A lot of it you probably could wear for a night out! Their yoga pants, at £75, are soft and flattering and great for Sunday on the sofa too, although that is clearly not the point!

I also love this stretchy Mantra Vest, at £25, with a bit of extra length  – I particularly like it in the skateboard mint.

We all need a bit of motivation to get back into our training in January and there is nothing like some new kit to put some swagger in our step.

Right, better get moving!

Love, Ching x
