It's another new episode of Hot Off The Wok

Inspired by my Hong Kong adventures in my Hot Off The Wok series, I've created some dishes for you to try at home using some Lee Kum Kee star ingredients.

As a Chinese chef, soy sauce is one of the staple ingredients in my cooking.  In my latest vlog on my YouTube channel, I will show you four ways to use soy sauce to bring a mellow salty flavour to your dishes. So get ready for some of my soy sauce secrets…  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eh3Ud8zaZJQ

Hot Off The Wok

The first 8 episodes of my new mini-series, Hot Off The Wok, in partnership with Lee Kum Kee, are up on my YouTube channel right now.  If you haven’t had a chance to catch up yet, ditch the latest box set and have a marathon Hot Off The Wok session instead!

In the series, I'm back in one of my favourite foodie destinations - Hong Kong - challenged to find ten of the coolest chefs in the city. No easy task - there were so many to choose from!  In episode 2, I met the fantastic Head Chef Fung from Social Place, serving contemporary Cantonese food.  The menu is filled with delicious traditional dishes with a twist. If you haven’t seen it yet, please take a look.  These chefs are so inspiring!

I am also sharing recipes and tips, using some of my favourite Lee Kum Kee store cupboard ingredients.

I’m back with two new episodes this week, so watch this space!  Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel to be the first to see my new vlogs and recipes.

It's time for another Hot Off The Wok!

**New Episode** from my mini-series Hot Off The Wok with Lee Kum Kee. LIVE on my YouTube channel now.

I’m with the talented Joey Sergentakis, a native New Yorker who heads up the team at Mr & Mrs Fox, a cool Restaurant and bar that serves modern European cuisine.

His inspiration for the menu comes from the different seasons and he loves to play with flavours and textures to create exciting dishes that jump off the plate.  I’m here to try his Applewood Smoked Chicken. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfN9BYKfrJw

Hot Off The Wok - the next is here!

**Just launched on my YouTube channel** Hot Off The Wok is back with the next episode in my mini-series with Lee Kum Kee.

One of my favourite things about Hong Kong is that you don’t have to spend loads of money to get some seriously tasty food.

A perfect example is Mui Kee, started as a traditional open air Da Pai Dong (outdoor eating stall), it’s run by Mr Lau, an old school chef with over 30 years experience.

He’s going to cook me his vegetable stir fry on crispy noodles.
